- Eligibility: Size exchanges are available only within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges will only be processed if the requested size is in stock.
- Process: To initiate a size exchange, please fill out the exchange form provided. The customer is responsible for sending the package to our warehouse and covering the courier charges.
- Re-delivery Fee: A fee of PKR 300 will be charged for the re-delivery of the correct size.
- Dispatch Schedule: All exchanges will be dispatched on Fridays only.
- Product Condition: Our team will inspect the product via pictures before processing the exchange. Please note that if the product shows signs of wear, it will not be eligible for a size replacement.
Returns:
- Please note that change of mind is not applicable. All pictures posted on our website accurately represent the products we ship to you, ensuring that quality and comfort are delivered as shown.
- If you wish to return an article, you will need to send it to our warehouse, where it will be inspected for wear and tear. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 20% deduction.
- Refunds for returns will be processed within 7 days upon receiving the returned items.
